Clearance Steps for 10th Graduation Ceremony

Kabale University Office of the Academic Registrar informs all prospective graduands that clearance for the 10th Graduation Ceremony, scheduled for 31st October 2025, will take place from 22nd September to 18th October 2025.

Graduands are required to clear with all relevant offices within this period by following the steps below:

1. Custodian’s Office: Pick a clearance form and clear with the Custodian’s office.
2. University Library: Clear with the University Library.
3. Dean of Students: Obtain clearance from the Dean of Students.
4. Faculty: Clear with the respective Faculty and receive a results testimonial.
5. Bursar’s Office: Clear with the Bursar’s office and obtain a financial statement confirming payment of all fees and the graduation fee of UGX 200,000.
6. Registrar’s Office: Clear with the Registrar’s office, including:
   • Admission/Registration Office
   • Examination Office
   • Transcript Office, where the transcript office proofreads the transcript draft.

Timely clearance is essential to be included in the graduation list.
