Attention: All Prospective Graduands
In preparation for Kabale University’s 9th Graduation Ceremony scheduled for 25th October 2024, the Office of the Academic Registrar informs all prospective graduands to complete the necessary clearance steps within the specified period.
- Date of Graduation: 25th October 2024
- Clearance Period: 16th September – 14th October 2024
Clearance Process:
- Pick Clearance Form
- Visit the Custodian’s Office to pick up a clearance form and begin the process.
- Library Clearance
- Clear any outstanding obligations with the University Library.
- Dean of Students Clearance
- Obtain clearance from the Dean of Students.
- Faculty Clearance
- Clear with your respective Faculty regarding any academic requirements.
- Bursar’s Office Clearance
- Clear all financial obligations with the Bursar’s Office and receive a financial statement.
- Registrar’s Office Clearance
a) Admissions/Registration Office
b) Examinations Office
c) System Administration (including proofreading of transcript drafts)
Ensure that all these steps are followed to avoid any delays in graduation clearance. Failure to complete the clearance process within the allocated time may affect your eligibility for the graduation ceremony.
