Philbert Tusimirwe is a Teaching assistant-Kiswahili at the Institute of language studies, Kabale University.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Education of Kabale University and he is Studying Masters at IUIU. He taught Kiswahili at Secondary school, and has also been teaching Behavior change program in East African schools especially Mabamba Secondary School- Tanzania, tertiary institutions and universities for 12 years . He is a motivational speaker for the youths who are in school and out of school, and this program has been run in East African countries  since the year 2010.

Besides this, Philbert is a member of UWAKI Magharibi CHAKITAU and CHAUKIDU Kiswahili associations and his dream is to see Kiswahili growing beyond imagination.
