A seasoned Paediatrician and teacher.

Have provided specialist services to sick little ones and participated in teaching Paediatrics and Child health to both Undergraduate and Past graduate students since 1976.

My professional experience has seen me through time with;

Department of Paediatric and Child Health , Makerere Medical School now Makerere College of Medicine) + Mulago (teaching) hospital, Kampala, UGANDA

Department of Paediatrics and Child Health, University College Hospital, Ibadan,NIGERIA

Department of Paediatrics and Child Health, Ahmadu Bello University, NIGERIA

Department of Paediatrics and Child Health, Walter Sisulu  University + Nelson Madela Academic Hospital , SOUTH AFRICA

Department of Paediatrics and Child health, Kabale University, UGANDA

From  1990, my areas of special interest have been ; Paediatric Gastroenterology, Nutrition

and Hepatology even if I have spent most of the  time taking care of the children admitted with Severe Undernutrition.

Nyabushabi, the  village where I was born and brought up, is only six kilometres to the North of Kabale University, where I currently work. After being away for 27 years , this has given me an opportunity to re-bond with my kith and kin and join hands with them in some of their village endeavours, this, especially with church activities.

I love music and have had the pleasure of playing the organ in song accompaniment at some church services, while in South Africa.

Yes, the other hoby close to my heart is flying .

I used to be an ardent jogger , but, all I can now do is  6-7 km walks, twice a week.
