Assistant Lecturer - Governance

Naris Ninsiima is a self-driven, adaptable, and seasoned administrator always ready to take up new challenges and opportunities as they come. He has worked as an office administrator in educational institutions from the lower level of a secondary school to the highest level of university for more than 13 years. Additionally, he has had teaching experience in higher institutions at Kabale University, Uganda Martyrs University—Kabale, and Great Lakes University—Kanungu, in the fields of office management and public administration. Has also had leadership experiences—leading employee associations and global network organizations—Rotary.

Ninsiima is grounded in public administration (PhD student in Public Administration and Management at Kabale University, has a master’s in Public Administration and Management from Kabale University 2014) and in office administration (Bachelor of Secretarial Studies from Makerere University 2010).

He is currently an Assistant Lecturer—Governance at Kabale University.
