Worked as a National Trainer for CDS ISIS, later WINISIS for Uganda and developed many Library systems using CDS ISIS.

 


Dr. Bernard Bazirake Bamuhiga  Participated in Training University Library Staff in accessing online electronic resources In Nairobi, Makerere and Addis Ababa Universities under International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications ( INASP) project, Participated in the set up of Makerere University Information System, particular in developing MakLIBIS the Makerere University Library Information System linked to Academic Registrar Information System (ARIS), Human Resource Information System (HURIS) and Finance Information System (FINIS).

Founded the Consortium of Uganda University Libraries (CUUL) presently the leading electronic online information sharing system in Uganda. At AICAD Designed and developed Poverty Alleviation Information and Knowledge System (PAIKS). Designed and set up a Resource Center for Uganda Industrial Research Institute (UIRI). Started KyU monitoring and evaluation system of Book Aid International (BAI) books usage in Academic Institution in Uganda
